Fund Description

AIM International Core Equity Fund, A Shares was incepted in December 1996 and is managed by A I M Advisors. The objective of this fund is to achieve a high total return on investment through growth of capital and current income, without regard to U.S. or foreign tax consideration. The fund invests in a diversified portfolio of foreign equity securities, consisting of common stocks, preferred stocks, warrants, and securities convertible into common stock. The fund offers dividends in December. The fund distributes long-term and short-term capital gains annually.
