Fund Description

The fund invests primarily in stocks of companies domiciled outside the United States, including emerging markets and developing countries, that the investment adviser believes have growth potential and/or may pay dividends. The fund intends to invest at least 90% of its assets in issuers listed primarily on non-U.S. exchanges, cash and cash equivalents (including affiliated money market or similar funds), and collateral securities issued by U.S. issuers, with exposure to at least three countries outside the United States. It seeks capital appreciation and income by focusing on strong-earnings dividend payers. Multiple managers run segmented sleeves, buying attractively valued long-term opportunities and selling when no longer relatively attractive.
