Fund Description

The fund was incepted in September 1993 and is managed by GE Asset Management. The objective of the fund is to seek long term growth of capital. The fund invests in equity securities of mid-capital companies that the portfolio manager believes have above average growth potential. The fund defines a mid-cap company as one with a market capitalization within the capitalization range of the S&P MidCap 400 Index. The fund also invests to a lesser extent in securities with capitalization's outside the fund's mid-capital range, foreign securities and debt securities. Dividends are declared and paid annually. Short-term and long-term capital gains, if any, are declared and paid annually.
