Fund Description
Janus Short-Term Bond Fund was incepted in September 1992 and is managed by Janus Group. The objective of this fund is to seek high a level of current income as is consistent with preservation of capital. This short-term fund's strategy is to minimize exposure to changing interest rates and risk of share-price fluctuation; this bond fund emphasizes short- and intermediate-term income securities. The fund offers dividends annually in December and capital gains, if any, are distributed in December.
