Fund Description

The fund aims to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its net assets in a diversified portfolio primarily composed of equity securities, predominantly focusing on medium market capitalization issuers identified as having value characteristics. These issuers typically mirror the market capitalization range of the Russell Midcap Value Index. The manager evaluates value characteristics through metrics such as price-to-book and price-to-earnings ratios, in conjunction with the issuer???s operating fundamentals. Investments are broadly diversified across various industries, with no more than 25% in any single industry, and may include up to 20% in foreign securities and 15% in illiquid securities, while also participating in IPOs.
