Fund Description

The fund was incepted in November 1998 and is managed by Columbia Wanger Asset Management, L.P. The fund seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests primarily in the stocks of medium to larger sized companies based in developed markets (for example, Japan, Canada and United Kingdom) outside the U.S. The fund invests primarily in companies with market capitalizations of $2 to $25 billion at the time of purchase. Dividends are distributed semi annually and capital gains annually.
