Fund Description

The fund invests in equity securities of U.S. and foreign companies across all market capitalizations that the portfolio management team believes have above-average, long-term growth potential. Under normal conditions, it invests at least 50% of net assets in companies whose market capitalization at purchase falls within the range of the Russell 1000 Index. It may invest in common and preferred stocks, equity interests in trusts (including REITs and privately offered trusts), partnerships and similar vehicles, and instruments convertible into such holdings. Up to 20% may be in foreign securities, including emerging markets and depositary receipts, and it trades actively and frequently.
