Fund Description

The fund was incepted in September 2000 and is managed by Smith Barney Fund Management. The objective of the fund is to seek capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in the equity securities of U.S. large-capitalization issues, across a wide variety of industries and sectors. The manager looks for companies that exhibit attractive return potential relative to their growth expectations. The fund generally pays dividends and makes capital gain distributions, if any, once a year, typically in December.
