Fund Description

The fund was incepted in February 1995 and is managed by Batterymarch Financial Management. The fund seeks maximum long-term total return. The fund pursues its objective by primarily investing all of its assets in non-U.S. equity securities. The fund may also invest up to 35% of its total assets in emerging market securities. The fund may invest without limit in cash and U.S. dollar-denominated money market instruments, including repurchase agreements of domestic issuers. The fund offers dividends and capital gains both annually.
