Fund Description

The fund was incepted in August 2003 and is managed by MTB Investment Advisors, Inc. The fund seeks growth of capital. The fund invests under normal circumstances not less than 80%, of the value of its net assets in a diversified portfolio of equity securities (primarily common stocks) of companies with market capitalizations at time of purchase under $2 billion. Equity securities include common and preferred stocks as well as convertible securities. Dividends are declared daily and are paid quarterly. Capital gains, if any, are paid annually.
