Fund Description

The fund normally invests at least 80% of net assets, including any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities such as common stocks, depositary receipts, and other ownership interests or rights to acquire them. It is not constrained by a particular style and may invest in growth companies, value companies, or a blend. The fund may hold companies of any size but primarily invests in large-cap issuers. It invests in U.S. and foreign securities, including emerging markets, generally across industries, sectors, countries, and regions, though it may be concentrated. It generally invests in at least three countries and maintains foreign exposure as described relative to the MSCI World Index. Investment decisions are made using an active, bottom-up approach based primarily on fundamental analysis, with quantitative screening tools also considered.
