Fund Description

The fund was incepted in January 1998. The fund is managed by the T.Rowe Price Funds. The fund usually invests in mid cap blend companies. 96.2% of its net assets are allocated in domestic stock. The objective of this fund is to match the performance of U.S. stocks not included in the S&P 500. The fund uses a sampling strategy of investing in a group of stocks, which represents the Wilshire 4500 Index. Dividends and capital gains are usually declared and paid annually in December.
