Fund Description

The fund was incepted in November 1999 and is managed by Principal Management Corporation. The fund seeks to maximize long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in growth-oriented equity securities of U.S. and, to a limited extent, foreign companies that exhibit strong growth and free cash flow potential. The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of companies with market capitalizations greater than $10 billion. The fund's investment in foreign companies is limited to 25% of its assets and to securities listed on U.S. exchanges or traded in U.S. markets. The fund offers dividends and capital gains annually.
