Fund Description

The fund was incepted in December 2000 and is managed by Principal Management Corporation. The fund seeks long-term growth by investing in a portfolio of equity securities of companies located around the world. The fund has no limitation on the percentage of assets that are invested in any one country or denominated in any one currency. However, under normal market conditions, the fund intends to have at least 80% of its assets invested in companies in at least three different countries. One of those countries may be the U.S. though currently the fund does not intend to invest in equity securities of U.S. companies. Investments may be made anywhere in the world. Primary consideration is given to securities of corporations of Western Europe, North America and Australasia (Australia, Japan and Far East Asia). Dividends and capital gains are distributed annually.
