Fund Description

The fund was incepted in May 2000 and is managed by PIMCO Advisors Fund Management LLC. The fund seeks current income as a primary objective and long-term growth of capital as a secondary objective. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities. In addition, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in securities that pay or are expected to pay dividends. The fund invests a significant portion of its assets in common stocks of companies with market capitalizations of more than $2 billion at the time of investment. The fund distributes its dividends quarterly. Capital gains, if any, are distributed annually.
