Fund Description

The fund was incepted in September 2000 and is managed by American Skandia Investment Services, Inc. The investment objective of the fund is to provide investment results that correlate to the performance of a benchmark for securities that are traded in the over-the counter market. The fund's current benchmark is a multiple of the NASDAQ 100 Index. The fund pursues its objective by investing primarily in securities of companies included in the NASDAQ 100 Index or equity securities that, in the fund advisor's opinion should simulate the movement of the NASDAQ 100. The fund may also invest in financial instruments such as equity caps, collars, floors, swaps and depository receipts. The fund distributes dividends and capital gains annually.
