Fund Description

The fund was incepted in July 1995 and is managed by RS Investment Management. The fund seeks long-term total return. To pursue this objective, the fund primarily invests in equity and debt securities of mid-cap companies that offer the potential for capital appreciation and current income. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in mid-cap companies. The fund may also invest a portion of its assets in technology and internet-related companies. The fund offers dividends and capital gains both annually.
