Fund Description
The fund was incepted in May 1986 and is managed by Oppenheimer Funds Group. The fund seeks to provide a high level of income exempt from federal income tax and New York State and New York city personal income taxes as is consistent with its investment policies and prudent investment management while seeking preservation of shareholder's capital. The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in tax-exempt securities. At least 75% of the fund's assets are invested in investment grade tax-exempt obligations. The fund offers dividends on each business day and pays them monthly. Capital gains are distributed in December.
