Fund Description
The fund was incepted in August 1996 and is managed by RS Investment Management. The fund seeks long-term capital growth. To pursue this objective, the fund primarily invests in small-capitalization growth companies across a broadly diversified mix of industry sectors. The fund invests in stocks of companies with market capitalizations of up to $1.5 billion, but may also invest in securities of larger companies. The fund may also invest a portion of its assets in companies whose potential for capital growth has not yet been recognized by other investors. The fund offers dividends and capital gains both annually.
