Fund Description

The fund normally invests at least 65% of its total assets in equity securities of companies located outside the United States, focusing on both common and preferred stocks as well as securities convertible into common stock, including derivative investments. Its sub-advisers employ a fundamental, research-driven, bottom-up approach to identify potential growth issuers, evaluating factors like earnings growth and valuation while integrating financially material environmental, social, and governance (ESG) characteristics. The fund considers companies of any market capitalization and may invest up to 25% of its net assets in emerging markets, or the weight of emerging markets in the MSCI ACWI ex USA Index plus 10%.
