Fund Description

The fund was incepted in December 1998 and is managed by Strong Capital Management, Inc. The fund seeks capital growth by primarily investing at least 80% of its net assets in stocks of U.S. companies that appear to have relatively strong long-term growth potential in revenues and profitability. The fund invests in the stocks of small and medium capitalization companies. The fund may also invest up to 20% of its net assets in foreign securities. The fund offers dividends and net capital gains annually.
