Fund Description

The fund was incepted in January 1994 and is managed by Trusco Capital Management, Inc. The fund seeks to provide current income. The fund primarily invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal securities with income exempt from federal income taxes, and the shares themselves are also exempt from the Florida intangible personal property tax. In addition, up to 20% of the fund's assets may also be invested in securities subject to the alternative minimum tax or in certain taxable debt securities. The fund declares dividends daily and pays them monthly. The fund also makes distributions of its net realized capital gains, if any, at least annually.
