Fund Description

The fund was incepted in February 1993 and is managed by SEI Investments Management Corporation. The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of medium-sized companies. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of U.S. companies with market capitalizations of between $500 million and $5 billion. Dividends are distributed quarterly. Capital gains, if any, are distributed annually.
