Fund Description

The fund was incepted in September 1998 and is managed by Smith Barney Fund Management. The objective of the fund is to seek long-term growth of capital. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in leading companies across the mid-capitalization spectrum in a wide variety of industries and sectors. The fund generally pays dividends and makes capital gain distributions, if any, once a year, typically in December.
