The fund is designed to track the total return performance of the MSCI ACWI ex USA Investable Market Index, aiming for long-term performance before fees and expenses. It operates as an index fund, employing a sampling strategy that allows it to hold a subset of securities representative of the Index rather than all of them. The fund typically invests at least 80% of its net assets in Index securities or American Depositary Receipts and may also utilize derivatives like futures and options. The Index includes equity securities from developed and emerging countries outside the U.S., covering multiple sectors and currencies. The fund may hold equities not included in the Index and cash equivalents for operational flexibility.
