Fund Description

The fund was incepted in May 1995 and is managed by Templeton Global Advisors Limited. The fund seeks long-term capital growth. The fund invests mainly in the equity securities of companies located anywhere in the world, including emerging markets. The fund invests at least 65% of its total assets in issuers located in at least three different countries (including the U.S.). The fund may invest up to 25% of its total assets in debt securities of companies. The fund may invest up to 5% of its total assets in swap agreements. Dividends and capital gains are distributed annually.
