Fund Description
The fund was incepted in September 1993 and is managed by American Century Investment Management, Inc. The fund seeks long-term capital growth. Income is a secondary objective. The fund managers look for stocks of companies that they believe are undervalued at the time of purchase. Under normal market conditions, the fund managers intend to keep at least 65% of the fund's assets invested in U.S. equity securities. The fund distributes dividends quarterly. Capital gains are paid annually, usually in December.
