Fund Description

The fund was incepted in June1993 and is managed by USAA Investment Management Company. The fund's primary investment objective is capital growth and its secondary investment objective is current income. The fund invests its assets primarily in equity securities that show the best potential for total return through a combination of capital appreciation and income. The fund may also invest in convertible debt securities and non-convertible preferred stock. The fund may invest up to 100% of its assets in investment-grade short-term debt instruments. The fund pays its dividends quarterly. Capital gains are paid in December of each year.
