Fund Description

The fund invests in financial instruments that ProFund Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with a Daily Target. Under normal circumstances, it obtains leveraged exposure to at least 80% of total assets in components of an index of emerging-market companies domiciled in emerging markets and traded on U.S. exchanges, or in instruments with similar economic characteristics. It invests principally in equity securities, depositary receipts (including ADRs and GDRs), and derivatives such as swap agreements, and may hold cash balances in high-quality, short-term money market instruments such as U.S. Treasury bills and repurchase agreements. It seeks to remain fully invested and rebalance exposure daily.
