Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in securities of U.S. issuers, utilizing derivatives and instruments with similar economic characteristics. A U.S. issuer is defined by criteria such as having a principal securities trading market in the U.S. or deriving a majority of annual revenue from U.S. activities.
