Fund Description

The fund employs an indexing investment approach designed to track the performance of the S&P Completion Index, a broadly diversified index of stocks of small and mid-size U.S. companies. The index includes U.S. common stocks regularly traded on the New York Stock Exchange, Cboe, and the Nasdaq over-the-counter market, excluding those in the S&P 500 Index. The fund invests by sampling the index, holding a broadly diversified collection of securities that, in the aggregate, approximates the index's industry weightings, market capitalization, and certain financial measures such as price/earnings ratio and dividend yield.
