Fund Description

The fund was incepted in September 1987 and is managed by Victory Capital Management Inc. The fund seeks to provide a high level of current income consistent with preservation of shareholders' capital. Under normal circumstances, the fund primarily invests in mortgage-backed obligations and collateralized mortgage obligations (CMOs) issued by the Government National Mortgage Association (GNMA) with an average effective maturity ranging from 2 to 10 years. The fund invests at least 65% of its total assets in GNMA securities. The fund distributes its dividends monthly. Short-term and long-term capital gains are paid annually.
