Fund Description

The fund invests in a diversified portfolio primarily composed of high-quality and, to a lesser extent, medium-quality fixed income securities. High-quality securities are defined as investment-grade securities rated A3 or better by Moody's or equivalent ratings from other independent agencies. Medium-quality securities are investment-grade ratings that fall within the Baa1 to Baa3 range by Moody's or determined to be of comparable quality by the fund's advisor. It aims to maintain a dollar-weighted average maturity of 0 to 2 years, and under normal circumstances, it allocates at least 80% of its assets to fixed income securities.
