Fund Description

The fund was incepted in September 1992 and is managed by Wilshire. The fund seeks to provide investment results of a portfolio of publicly traded common stocks of companies in the applicable sub-category of the Wilshire 5000 Index. It invests substantially all its assets in companies with the largest market capitalizations - greater than approximately $1.9 billion. It invests in companies that generally have above average earnings or sales growth histories and retention of earnings; often such companies have higher price to earnings ratios. The fund pays dividends and capital gains annually.
