Fund Description

The fund seeks its objective by investing in a mix of equity, fixed-income, and money market investments through an asset allocation process managed by the WesBanco Investment Department, with target ranges of 30-70% equities, 30-70% fixed income, and 0-40% money market. Equities are primarily large- and mid-cap domestic stocks, but may include ADRs and other domestically traded foreign securities, ETFs or other investment companies (including emerging markets), REITs, and small-cap stocks, and may use covered calls and protective puts. Fixed income is mainly U.S. dollar-denominated, primarily investment-grade, and may invest in high-yield fixed-income securities; normally, no more than 15% of total assets is expected to be invested in securities rated below investment grade, although the fund may invest up to 25% of total assets in noninvestment-grade debt securities. Money market holdings may include money market funds, repurchase agreements, and other short-term high-quality instruments.
