Fund Description

Incepted in August 2000, the fund is managed by WesBanco Investment Department, a division of WesBanco Bank, Inc. The fund seeks to achieve capital appreciation. The fund pursues its investment objective by investing at least 80% of the value of its net assets in investments in small companies. In creating a diversified portfolio of common stocks of small-sized companies the adviser defines small companies as companies with market capitalizations similar to companies in the Russell 2000 Index (Russell 2000) or the Standard & Poor's Small Cap 600 Index (S&P 600). The fund distributes dividends quarterly and capital gains annually.
