Role: The Registered Representative will focus on providing exceptional service to Zacks Trade customers while learning the internal systems and processes of Zacks Trade. The role will be focused on support and business development with primary goals of converting new prospects and locating additional opportunities within Zacks Trade’s existing customer base. Compensation will include a base salary with sales incentive compensation.
Responsibilities
• Adhere to firm Written Supervisory Procedures (WSPs) and operate in compliance with industry rules and regulations.
• Proactive contact of all leads and opportunities delegated by Zacks Trade.
• Employ strong business development skills in order to convert new prospects while also locating and closing additional opportunities with existing customer base.
• Cultivate new assets and new accounts by effectively positioning the value of Zacks Trade to existing customers and prospects.
• Provide exceptional service to prospects and customers by telephone, chat and email.
• Respond to prospect and customer inquiries in a timely manner and perform follow-ups when applicable.
• Place a high priority on customer satisfaction and focus on building and sustaining long lasting relationships.
Experience
• Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 required with 1 - 3 years of experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Extensive computer skills, including Salesforce, MS Outlook, Word, & Excel.
• Ability to act as a self-starter, responsible for personal tasks and assignments, while supporting fellow team members in a collaborative environment.
