The ideal candidate will start at an entry level customer support position while learning and developing skills with potential advancement within the company. Responsibilities
• Respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
•Troubleshoot issues and general account questions
•Learn and understand the fundamentals of Zacks.com financial products and data
Requirements
•Meticulous; with the aptitude to analyze and resolve issues
•Strong communication and computer skills
•Must have basic knowledge of the financial industry or stock market
