Amdocs Limited
Amdocs delivered first quarter of fiscal 2016 results wherein the bottom line met the Zacks Consensus Estimate but the top line missed the same. Amdocs is well positioned in the market as carriers sell bundled and converged IP-based network solutions. Moreover, increased deployment of 3G and 4GLTE network will further opportunities for Amdocs. Furthermore, signing of long-term deals will also act as tailwind for the company while moving ahead. We note that Amdocs is investing heavily in the emerging markets in order to boost sales, which may expose the company to foreign currency exchange rate risk. Moreover, the company's business is hugely dependent on few clients. Hence, loss of any of these customers may hurt the company's profit going forward.
